Jeremiah 15:1-9- "The Lord Will Not Give In"
15:1: Here we see God refusing Jeremiah's intercession prayer, up keep in mind this it's not to suggest God's punishment was irreversible, since Judah herself, by obeying the Lord, could have averted her own destruction.
15:3: "FOUR WAYS": let's take a look at Ezekiel 14:21: For thus says the Lord God: “How much more it shall be when I send My four [a]severe judgments on Jerusalem—the sword and famine and wild beasts and pestilence—to cut off man and beast from it? With the inclusion of the "BEASTS" shows the fact that when the Creator is incensed against sinners, not even creation itself can hold back from rising against them.

Jeremiah 15:10-18- "Jeremiah Senses Failure"
15:10- We see the prophet struggling with himself and his calling, keep in mind the prophet was known as the "weeping the prophet"- he was another prophet doom who had through a great deal...
15:18: "DECEITFUL WATER"- St. Cyprian called this "the resemblance of baptism", done under "a shadowy pretense." Presumably, this is a reference to baptisms performed by those who stand outside of communion with the Church. (Orthodox study Bible Commentary).
Jeremiah 15:19-21- "The Lord Restores Jeremiah"
15:19-21: We see in these passages that God is answering the prayers of Jeremiah-(see vv. 15-18) answering his prayers for protection from his persecutors, and the Lord said, "I AM WITH YOU TO SAVE YOU - (v. 20).
Numbers 6:24-26
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The Lord [a]lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” ’
