Our Daily: Isaiah 55-57: The Lord of the Most High: Friends and brothers and sisters in Christ:

Shabbat Shalom,

Good Friday morning it’s October 15, 2021, I pray all is well. How do we walk worthy of the Lord, so we become fruitful and knowledgeable in every Word that comes from the Lord of Most High. As our fallen world continues to spiral out of control these are the times for friends, brothers and sisters in Christ, they are born for adversity. Making time for our friends, brothers, and sisters will ensure that we continue to have these special people in our lives.

“We are all born for the times we find ourselves in. Once your calling is revealed be obedient to the Lord, never hold back; the Lord of the Most of High calls the shots!”

Today’s Readings and Scripture Work from our Isaiah Study will cover Chapters 55-57: Today’s message will cover Readings and Scripture Work from Colossians 1:10, and Proverbs 17:17.

In the name of the Father and the Son and Holy Spirit. Amen!

Prayer of Enlightenment

Having received this new day as a gift, I thank you, Holy Trinity, for through Your

goodness and patience You were not wrathful with me, an idler and a sinner, neither have You cast me down in my sins. But You have shown Your love towards me and have guided me to keep my daily watch and to glorify Your power. Enlighten my mind to study Your word and open my heart to understand Your teachings in Scripture. Help me to apply what I learn and to praise You with all of my heart and to glorify Your holy name, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen!

55:1: Eat and drink without money: “Christ does not ask for money, but instead He asks us for faith which is more valuable than money”, (AmbM; see also Revelation 21:6-7).

55:8-9: Neither are your ways My ways: see Isaiah 40:13 and 1Co 16. Reason alone will never bring us to YHWH (GOD). Rather, we confess that we are finite; He is infinite. So we come to Him by faith.

55:10-11: My word: Is the Gospel of Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ), which will accomplish YHWH’s (GOD’s) will. There are times the preaching of the Gospel seems to bear no fruit, but YHWH is at work whether or not we see visible results.

55:1-13: This passage is read on the Feast of the Theophany of the Lord.

56:1-2: My mercy shall be revealed: YHWH’s word to the prophet reveals the future, but also interprets the past.

56:4-5: The righteous eunuchs will have an eternal name in heaven, better than an earthly family. “They will pass from the old shadows of time into the new lights of eternity”, (Aug).

56:6-7: The foreigners are the Gentiles, who are welcome at YHWH’s holy mountain, the Church.

57:1-2: The Righteous is Christ (Cyr, Theod).

57:3: The lawless people are no longer considered children of Abraham, but of the prostitute.

57:14: This prophecy is fulfilled in John the Baptist, reference (Isaiah 40:3).

57:15: YHWH is the LORD of the Most High, inconceivable and unknowable, and the Holy One who dwells among His saints and strengthens the fainthearted.

“Lord of the Most High, thank you again for giving me the strength to finish today’s study. You are the One who brings forth the fruit of the vine. Behold YHWH is my helper, The Lord is the upholder of my life. For the Lord has done wondrous things, and there no works like that of the Lord’s. I will give thanks to Thy name, O Lord for it is good. For the Lord has delivered me from every trouble, and my eyes have looked in triumph on my enemies, O The Lord of my Soul, Praise the Lord, Amen!”

Colossians 1:10: that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; http://bib.ly/Co1.10.NKJV :

1:9-14: This summary also starts at verse 9 and goes through verse 14: This is a progress summary of a life that is truly experiencing spiritual peace. From discernment of YHWH”s will to doing YHWH’s will with divine energy and virtue, within the Church, the baptized and eucharistic assembly. In the apostolic tradition, this life is open to all the Saints, not just a few.

“Walking worthy who is worthy of anything, but being worthy is just being obedient to His precepts. The Lord will always fulfill His purpose for us if we call out to Him, like I keep saying prayer, and fasting just some examples. But to truly feel worthy with the Lord starts with prayer, but it’s the relationship you establish with Him; determines what is revealed to us!”

Proverbs 17:17: A friend loves at all times,

And a brother is born for adversity. http://bib.ly/Pr17.17.NKJV :

17:17: What a way to end a Friday: True friends as well as our brothers and sisters in Christ are begotten by Wisdom, who is Christ. One who has such true friends and brethren is rich indeed, for they help him on every occasion and in necessities.

“Shabbat Shalom, to all! Lord, thank you again for providing us another great lesson. You are the Lord of the Most High, and there are no other Gods besides You. In closing, the Lord continues to give me the courage and strength to grow relationships with others in Your name, for You are holy. Holy, holy, holy are You our Lord and savior, as we pray this in Your Holy name, the Holy One of Israel, Yeshua Hamashiach; Christ our God!”

The Father is my hope. The Son is my refuge. The Holy Spirit is my protection. Holy Trinity, glory to You!

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For Yours is the Kingdom, the power and the glory of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen!

May YAHWEH Bless you all,
