DAY 6: Shameless Audacity in Prayer:
Luke 11:5-8: http://bib.ly/Lk11.5-8.NKJV
Luke 11:5-8: And He said to them, “Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; 7 and he will answer from within and say, ‘Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give to you’? 8 I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs.
11:5-8: This parable demonstrates YHWH’s (GOD’s) faithfulness to those who are in need and who pray with persistence. The Father’s interpret midnight as both the time of our death and a time of great temptation. The friend is Christ, who, as our only source, provided everything we needed.
“The Adonai (The Lord), challenges us to be bold and persistent in prayer, even to the point of rudeness. But with that we are to remain both patient and merciful when asking our Creator for His guidance. Prayer is the foundation, and praying without ceasing having the faith He will deliver us through our trials and tribulations!”

1 Corinthians 1: 24-29: but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26 For [a]you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many [b]noble, are called. 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; 28 and the [c]base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.
1:24: Since Christ is the power and wisdom of YHWH (GOD) the Father, the brightness of the Father’s glory, (Hebrews 1:3), the substantial and perfect image of the invisible YHWH (GOD)- where He is, there is the uncreated and saving grace of YHWH (GOD). His Cross restores man to immortality and stirs up desire for things of heaven.
1:28-29: The base things of the world are “those persons who are considered to be nothing because of their great insignificance” (JohnChr). There is no such thing as a “no account” Christian. (2 Corinthians 12:9).
“ADONAI (LORD), HELP ME DELIGHT in the fact that you have chosen me to be Your child. Help me to realize that You do not despise me for my weakness. In fact, You have turned my stumbling into a
showcase for Your great love and transforming power. Thank You for embracing me, failings and all, and for empowering me by Your own Greatness to be more than I could have ever dreamed of being on my own.

“We don’t have to worry about how wise or clever we are- God chose the foolish. We don’t have to worry about how powerful we are. God chose the weak. We don’t have to worry about how popular we are, or even whether we’ll amount to anything much. God chose the despised and the ones who were nothing. None of those human measurements counts when it comes to performing great acts in life. Great acts as defined by God, acts of humility, obedience, and love.

James 1:19-20: [a]So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; 20 for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.
1:19-20: The Wrath of man is unjust, ungracious, and severe. It proceeds from uncontrolled anger, not from YHWH’s Judgement. For us to discern the righteousness of YHWH requires patience, graciousness, and not controlled passions.
Shabbat Shalom Closing with 1 Corinthians 16:13-14: http://bib.ly/1Co16.13-14.NKJV
Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. 14 Let all that you do be done with love.
The Father is my hope. The Son is my refuge. The Holy Spirit is my protection. Holy Trinity, glory to You!
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the Kingdom, the power and the glory of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen!
