Good Monday morning it’s August 9, 2021, I pray all is well. Over the weekend I received my new book called The Shield of Psalmic Prayer by Donald Sheehan. I am going to share parts of this book each week before we start our Bible prophecy study time in the Book of Revelation. God absolutely had His Mighty hands part of this discovery for me it’s no secret I have personally enjoyed the prayers in Psalm. But chanting these prayers daily has changed my life. Psalmic prayer has changed my life and now I want to share my success in Christ with all of you.
The Book is written by a convert into Eastern Christianity Orthodoxy like myself. But was so fascinating is how he started His journey chanting the Psalms prayers for his daily routine just like I did. What I have found so far in this book is all the stuff Donald Sheehan and I have in common both in prayer routine and our orthodox theology and maintaining purity in teaching God’s words. Christ our God is found all in the poetry of the Book of Psalm there is something special when we chant Psalm Prayer, trust me give it a chance just find a routine!

Revelation 2:12-17
2:12: Pergamos which is now modern Bergama, and is Northeast of Smyrna, and is also said to be a distinguished city built on top of a thousand feet sand hill 10 miles inland from the Aegean Sea. Apparently four important pagan cults were centered there, making the Emperor's worship very popular. The sharp-two-edged sword is the Lord’s two-edged message of terror to some and joy to others on that Final Judgement Day with Christ our God.
2:13: Satan’s Throne refers to the city as a seat for idol worship: It is said that Pergamos was the very first city in Asia to build a temple of worship for a living Emperor. Satan’s throne where he holds court and makes the laws to go after all of God’s people. Antipas was a bishop of Pergamos and was martyred in 92AD. His death was tragic being burned to death in a heated bronze bull, because he witnessed that Christ is our one true God!
2:14: This is talking about a group of churches that hold the doctrine of Balaam. Balaam is the Biblical example of all corrupt teachers and religious compromises. He encouraged immorality, idolatrous feasting, and infidelity against the Lord our God (Numbers 22-24; 25:1-3; 31:16; 2Pt 2:15; Jude 11).
2:16: The sword of My mouth is nothing more than the word of God, Christ our God, our Lord and King! The sword of My mouth is also a quick look into His righteous Judgement!
2:17: Hidden manna seems to be an allusion to the bread of heaven or the bread of angels, the bread of Christ our God! (Ex 16:4; Ps 77:24-25; Jn 6:31-35; 48-51). To eat is to partake in the messianic banquet in the kingdom of heaven (Luke 22:28-30). The Eucharist of the age to come. White stone and a new name, is showing us a new identity in Christ our God. We are truly reborn when we truly accept Christ into our hearts and lives.
Here is today’s stopping point but I wanted to share something with you all. I’m not jumping ahead but just sharing a message so when we get to this point in Revelation maybe some of you would have researched these topics beforehand. Go to Revelation 6 the First Seal verse 1-2: Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like Thunder come and see. And I looked, and behold a white horse. He sat on it and had a BOW; and a CROWN was given to him, and he went out conquering all the Nations. -BOW in Strong Greeks 5115 means TOXON a simplest form of fabric could be face masks? CROWN in Latin means CORONA. I found this very interesting and with the help of the Holy Spirit I checked all the meanings and these grabbed my attention. COVID19 has conquered the Nations and still is, please read your Bibles and study them, remember our understanding alone is not enough ask God for help beforehand. Checkout Revelation 18 the Bible talks about how rich merchants will deceive many in the end times. The Bible uses sorcery and scorers so I researched this in old Greek which is original Greek and got Pharmakeia, the Vaccine could be the start of the judgments ranging down on the earth. Was COVID19 created and released to fool the Nations and to conquer then ushering in the New World Order found in Revelation 13 where you will not be able to buy or sell unless you receive the Mark of the Beast 666!

Psalm of Thanksgiving
I give You thanks, O Lord, with my whole heart; before the angels I sing Your praise; I bow before Your holy presence and give thanks to Your name for Your steadfast love and Your faithfulness; For You have exalted above everything Your name and Your word. On the day I called, You answered me; my strength of soul You increased. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You preserve my life; You stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my adversaries, and Your right hand delivers me. The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; Your Steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. (Psalm 138: 1-3, 7-8)
Closing and Lord’s Prayer
Through the prayers of our Holy Fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy on me and save me. Amen!
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen
