Our Daily Bread: Accountability 2 Corinthians 5:10

Shalom,

It's a busy day with the situation on the ground in Afghanistan it's a mess! Here is the deal for me, I'm choosing to call out to Yeshua right now in prayer!

We Must pray one for the safety of those trapped in Afghanistan, we must pray for our leaders even though it's hard, but pray they are held accountable when the times comes. But pray they make the right decisions moving forward than no one else get's hurt. Finally we pray for our refuge so our fears and anxieties do not lead us astray!

Prayer Intercession:

Yeshua, we pray for peace in the world. For all faithful and Orthodox Christians. For all the Archbishops and all the Bishops, and I want to pray for our church Saint George Greek Orthodox Church as well as all churches, and our families, pray for all our brothers and sisters in Christ. For our country, our President, and all those in public service. For our parents, our brothers and sisters, our children, our relatives and friends, and all people. For those who hate us and those who love us. For those who work with us and those who serve us. For those who asked of us, unworthy as we are, we pray for them. For travelers by land, sea and air. For prisoners and captives. For those who are hungry, those who are suffering, and those who are sick. For those departed from this life in hope of the resurrection. Through the prayers of our Holy Fathers, Lord Yeshua Christ our God, have mercy on us and save us all. Amen!

Yeshua continue to guide our leaders and their decision making, protect your followers in Afghanistan, and protect our soldiers and all who have been stranded! Lastly we pray when the time is right all those responsible we will be held accountable according to Your Will!

O God, our help and assistance, who art just and merciful, and who hearest the supplications of Thy people, look down upon me, a miserable sinner; have mercy upon me, and deliver me from this trouble that besets me, for which, I know, I am deservedly suffering. I acknowledge and believe, O Lord, that all trials of this life are given by Thee for our chastisement when we drift away from Thee and disobey Thy commandments. Deal not with me after my sins, but according to Thy bountiful mercies, for I am the work of Thy hands, and Thou knowest my weakness. Grant me, I beseech Thee, Thy divine helping grace, and endow me with patience and strength to endure my tribulations with complete submission to Thy will. Thou knowest my misery and suffering, and to Thee, my only hope and refuge, I flee for relief and comfort, trusting to Thine infinite love and compassion that, in due time, when Thou knowest best, Thou wilt deliver me from this trouble and turn my distress into comfort, when I shall rejoice in Thy mercy and exalt and praise Thy holy name, O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. A Prayer of Refuge:

In You, O Lord, I [a]put my trust; Let me never be ashamed; Deliver me in Your righteousness. 2 Bow down Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be my rock of [b]refuge, A [c]fortress of defense to save me.

3 For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me. 4 Pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me, For You are my strength. 5 Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

Continue to pray! Do not our hearts be troubled!

God Bless You all!
