Greek word of the day- κατήφεια katḗpheia, kat-ay'-fi-ah; from a compound of G2596 and perhaps a derivative of the base of G5316 (meaning downcast in look); demureness, i.e. (by implication) sadness:—heaviness.
Humility Cures Worldliness
7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify yourhearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

We see in Acts 26:10-18- Thus is the third account of St. Paul's conversion to Christ here in Acts. First account is in Acts 9:1-8- Second account is in - Acts 22:1-21.
John 9:1-38- "The Man Born Blind Sees"
This is the sixth sign- the healing of the blind man here in John's Gospel. With all the miracles that are in the Bible this is the only one in which a person WAS BLIND FROM BIRTH-(see, v. 32). The blind man is symbolic for all of humanity because we are all blind before having our eyes opened to the truth of Christ. We all need illumination by Christ, Who is THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. This is an illustration of baptism, which is called "HOLY ILLUMINATION." As in Pascha (Easter) is the traditional day to receive catechumens into the Church, the lessons following Pascha reflect a baptismal theology. Thus, this passage is read on the Sixth Sunday of Pascha, in the Orthodox Church according to the commentary of the Orthodox Study Bible.
See v. 7: THE POOL OF SILOAM- is translated, SENT- symbolizes Christ, and indicating that Christ is the One sent by the Father. Christ healing the blind man from birth backs up Christ claim of being the Light of the World. Christ makes use of the pool of Siloam and confirming He is the true purification of the temple and those who worship in it.
Fun fact- the pool of Siloam was located on the outskirts of Jerusalem, and was a considerable distance from the temple and from this pool water was taken for the rites connected with the Feast of Tabernacles.
John 20:11-18- "Jesus Appears to Mary Magdalene"
In this encounter between Mary and our Risen Lord parallels with the passage from Song of Songs 3:1-4- Mary Magdalene fulfilled this passage in the Song of Songs 3- and it also teaches that through the Resurrection, Christ has taken the Church to be His eternal Bride- other references John 2:1-11- Ephesians 5:31-32- Revelation 21:9-10. Christ ministry began with a wedding banquet and a miracle of water into wine and it will end with a wedding banquet the Marriage Supper of the Lamb when our Lord returns to gather His Bride- The Church.

And give you peace.” ’
