Morning Reads- Isaiah 65:8-16; Genesis 46:1-7; Proverbs 23:15-24:5- “Some Cheapen God’s Tribulation”

Welcome back. Great is His faithfulness.

NOTE: Greek word of the day- λατρεύω latreúō, lat-ryoo'-o; from λάτρις látris (a hired menial); to minister (to God), i.e. render religious homage:—serve, do the service, worship(-per).

Matthew 4:10

Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you,[fn] Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’ ”[fn]

First Reading Isaiah 65:8-16

"Talked about how people violate the law deliberately and continually, and so they deserve God's anger."

see v. 2: I STRETCHED OUT MY HANDS- this phrase points to the "salvific Passion on the Cross on which He extended His hands." (Theod). See my video because I spoke a lot about the times we live in today and asked a question about manmade tribulation vs. God's tribulation.

Matthew 24:3-14: The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for [a]all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, [b]pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

We are in the Beginning of Sorrows lots of chaos must take place… take time to and read this passage very carefully. Im considering doing a Matthew 24 and a Revelation stufy very soon quiet possibly in the evenings when i finish my devotionals.

Please pray for my strength I'm getting extremely tired, but it goes with my calling. I will always follow Him no matter how exhausted I get."
