"Guided by Truth: Trusting God in a World of Deception" (Proverbs 16:9)

"Guided by Truth: Trusting God in a World of Deception" (Proverbs 16:9)

Introduction:

In a world where truth is often obscured, and corruption runs deep, I've been on a lonely journey to uncover the hidden darkness within our government and political systems. My path has been highly challenging, and more often than not, my efforts have been noticed and dismissed by those who would rather believe in the false promises of politicians than face the uncomfortable realities I've uncovered. But my mission is driven by something other than a need for recognition or validation. It's driven by a more profound calling—a conviction that God has chosen me for this task, to reveal the truth and to challenge the misplaced faith that so many have in their political leaders. Proverbs 16:9 has been my anchor in this journey, reminding me that while I may plan my way, the Lord directs my steps. This reflection is a testament to that belief and a call to trust in Christ alone, especially in a world that seems hopelessly lost in deception.

Proverbs 16:9 (NKJV) says:

"A man's heart plans his way,

But the Lord directs his steps."

This verse has taken on deep meaning in my life, mainly as I've devoted myself to exposing government corruption, such as the deception tied to the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). My heart has always been set on revealing the truth, even though the path has been easy.

My Journey and Calling:

I've spent countless hours researching, digging, and uncovering the hidden darkness in places where few dare to look. Yet, despite the effort, I've often found that no one listens. Only some people care about the work I'm doing. But I've come to understand that I'm not doing this for the applause or approval of others. I'm doing it for myself, for the truth, and most importantly, because I believe the Lord has chosen me for this task.

Even when the world turns a deaf ear or dismisses my findings, I believe that God is guiding my steps. My plans are just a tiny part of a bigger picture that He is painting.

The Deception of Political Leaders:

This verse also serves as a stark reminder of why we should never place our trust in the plans of our elected officials. These leaders do not serve us—they serve a different master, one shrouded in darkness and pure evil. In my world, I see people who genuinely believe that a political figure can be their messiah, the one to fix all their problems. But that's a dangerous illusion. The truth is, no political leader can save us. Christ is the only one who can fix what's broken in us.

The Illusion of Political and Religious Divides:

My research has led me to a sobering conclusion: voting is no longer in the best interests of our nation. From where I stand, there's no real difference between Republicans and Democrats; all I see is a lost world divided by political and religious factions that fail to serve Christ as they should. People cling to their political identities as lifeboats, yet they drift further from the truth.

But this verse gives me hope. Even in a hopelessly divided world, I trust that God is directing my steps. I may plan my way, but ultimately, I'm following His lead, knowing He has called me to shine a light in the darkness, even when few are willing to see it.

Trust in Christ, Not in Man:

This journey has taught me that while human plans are flawed and often corrupt, God's plan is perfect. It's a call to trust in Christ alone, not in the hollow promises of politicians or the false security of worldly systems. Proverbs 16:9 reminds me that in all things, I should seek God's guidance, remain faithful to the mission He has given me, and continue to walk the path He has laid before me, no matter how lonely it may seem.
