God's Timing! Our Threefold Cord: Readings/Thoughts- Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 and Ecclesiastes 4:1-16

Shalom,

Good Tuesday morning it’s June 29, 2021, I pray all is well. God’s timing doesn’t always line up to what we want. Sometimes we think God’s timing is how we see it here on Earth, but truth be told God has his own way of telling time. God’s plans always pan out when the time is right and being a God of his word the prophecies must be fulfilled first. I see many Christians feeling sad and losing hope and faith, but this is why we should all read and study the Gospel for ourselves. Deception even in the churches is growing day by day people continue their itching ears, remember God’s timing is key; not ours! Today’s reading and thoughts will come from Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 and Ecclesiastes 4:1-16, The more I dig into the Bible and other Biblical texts and literature the more my eyes are opened to all the clues. Some of these clues and mysteries are so exciting it’s hard for me to put down the books, and stop my reflections as well. What I’m searching for goes deeper than just old fashion knowledge. My quest seems to be more on the line making me a newer creation who walks alongside Christ our God! Everyone has an outstanding day, God Bless!

“We Christians must build all of our thinking in every area of the Bible. We must start with God’s word, not the word of finite, fallible man. We must judge what people say on the basis of what God’s word says- not the other way around”. - The Lie By: Ken Ham

Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 (http://bib.ly/Ec3.1-22.KJV)

Ecclesiastes 3:11- He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from beginning to the end.

God tells us there is a time for everything, look at the key word the ETERNAL WORD- the beginning and the end. See Revelation 22:13 (http://bib.ly/Re22.13.KJV) , Yeshua (Jesus) came into the world and redeemed all things. One day he will turn our weeping into joy, our mourning into dancing, and our hatred into love, and our time will turn into eternity. God goes on to tell us why the world is the way it is. He tells us he uses the struggles of the world in hope of us choosing him for love and guidance. God tells us for the end of all things will eventually come and so will our final judgement awaits us all. Lastly God is telling us to rejoice and live a simple life with stratification of accomplishing what he has called us all to do in his name.

“God’s timing is everything if we are watching. Do any of you wonder what he has in store for you; the Bible says seek and you shall find!” - Jared W. Campbell

Ecclesiastes 4:1-16 (http://bib.ly/Ec4.1-16.KJV)

Ecclesiastes 4:6- Better is a handful with quietness, than both hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.

The Prophet Job expressed the same levels of frustrations with oppression and deep sorrows of a troubling world. In Job 3:10-16, the prophet seemed upset and he even cursed the day he was born (http://bib.ly/Jb3.10-16.KJV) . When Yeshua (Jesus) was crucified on the cross he sent a comforter in the world, the Holy Spirit (John 14:16; http://bib.ly/Jn14.16.KJV). The Holy Spirit is our gift and comforter from Chris especially in times of sorrows, if we have and keep the faith he can heal us quickly. The Holy Spirit is our strength as well as our confidence during stressful times. He must feed our spirit daily with our bread of life from Christ our God. The Holy Spirit is our strength that helps wipe away all of our tears, Verse

two speak of communion of the Saints! Verse 8 is talking about a parable Yeshua (Jesus) spoke about a kind person and a rich fool, see (Luke 12:16-21 http://bib.ly/Lk12.16-21.KJV) . Ecclesiastes 4:10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falls; for he hath not another to help him up. This scripture paints an awesome picture of how positive encouragement can change not only the world but our communities. This could be a positive message all churches can put out uniting as one spreading the true messages of Yeshua (Jesus). Threefold cord, so I had to look this up and it may be linked to the virtues of faith, hope, and love. See (1 Corinthians 13:13, http://bib.ly/1Co13.13.KJV). Quick backstory here: when I was doing my research on verse 12, when I turned to 1 Corinthians in Chapter 13 it appeared I had highlighted verse 13; months ago. Do any of you ever get those feelings of wow I took note of something only to find the meaning months later; God truly is great! Lastly to summarize the last little bit I will quote from the Orthodox Study Bible: Verses 13-16, In a striking reverse parallel, Christ stands in contrast to the old and senseless earthly king while also fulfilling him, for he was born poor and was raised up from the house of prisoners to be made king. Yet those who come afterward do indeed rejoice him, bringing right sacrifices of praise into his house.

“I’m all in for the Threefold Cord, it’s simple, I pray mine never breaks apart!” - Jared W. Campbell

In closing today’s message is this: Take a look at your Threefold Cord. Do you have one that is established and strong in place? Do you have a contingency plan just in case your Threefold Cord is tempted and confused by the master of deception. This speaks to us all and I know I’m taking a look at my Threefold Cord right now, Yeshua (Jesus) is my strength and confidence moving forward.

“In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Father, I pray this simple request that you continue to strengthen all of our Threefold Cord. Help us all to understand how important faith, hope, and love truly is until the day we receive our eternal reward! “I pray this is in the name of the holy one Yeshua (Jesus) Christ our God. Amen!”

God Bless,
