Acts 6:1
Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists,[fn] because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution.
Acts 5:1-11 Ananias and Sapphira
ANANIAS AND SAPPHIRA are held accountable for allowing Satan to fill their hearts with lies and deception. They also broke the trust and the integrity of the Church. Their sin was not on,y keeping back possessions and proceeds but deception v. 4. Lying to the Church is equal to lying TO THE HOLY SPIRIT v. 3, The Spirit of Truth. Lying and deception if gone unrepentant they lead to spiritual death.
Acts 5:17-32
v. 30- Peter shows us that obedience to God is our highest priority. In both Luke 20:25; and Romans 13:1-7 we are taught to be obedient to governing authorities. When conflict arises we as believers are to choose our obedience to the Lord over the law of man. By accepting our full obedience to God- we than accept the consequences that comes from this obedience to God.
John 5:30-47
Here it talks about Christ divine and human wills, when He Incarnated, He assumed both human will and divine will. Christ is both fully human and fully divine, and He shares with the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. He's one God in three essences (Godhead).
John 6:1-2; and John 6:14-27
John 6:26-27: Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. 27 Do not labor for the food which perishes, butfor the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”
This verse stood out to me, we must seek Him not because of sign and wonders, but because He fulfills our hunger spiritually. We must labor for Him not for food that perishes, Christ is the food that endures to everlasting life, because He is truly the bread of life. I'm here to also witness the greatness of God my journey is reflection of my personal relationship with the Lord.
Numbers 6:24-26
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The Lord [a]lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” ’
