Romans 8:23-24
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified [a]freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Our purpose in life and the reason to our existence is to attain THE GLORY OF GOD. Because we ALL FALL SHORT even if we were to keep the whole Law it wouldn't matter we are all weak in the flesh. BEING JUSTIFIED is referring to our ongoing state of righteousness and not a one time event. The justification requires REDEMPTION: a sacrificial offering capable of setting us free from sin and death, and also uniting us eternally with righteousness and life. It was under the new covenant, Christ is the sacrificial offering, the offering once and for all eternally to free us all from sin and death and also BY HIS GRACE He unites us with righteousness and life.
