The call for attentive listening and discriminating response. We must HEAR, but to make sure we HEAR properly. MORE WILL BE GIVEN to all of those who respond to Christ with open hearts so they can grow in understanding. "Do the good you know, and what you do not know will be revealed to you." Matthew 7:2 For with what [a]judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
The mysteries of the Kingdom - is best understood by the innocent and those with open hearts and minds.

Parables of Weeds, Seeds, and Leaven - Matthew 13:24-43- Mark 4:26-34
In the Church wheat and tares are grown together and at the end of the age, Christ will send out His reapers (Angels) and separate the righteous and wicked. All will stand before The Great Judgement Seat of Christ. All will be judged both the living and the dead, the righteous, self righteous and the wicked.
Parables of Treasure, a Pearl, and Fish Nets - Matthew 13:44-53
TREASURE HIDDEN IN A FIELD- are those who unintentionally stumble onto Christ and also His Church, and receive Him with great eagerness. THE PEARL OF GREAT PRICE- are those who have been searching in their hearts for Him and finally find Him. The other pearls represent all other teachings and philosophies of the entire world. Both parables tell us that all receiving the treasure requires that everything else must be sold, meaning completely surrending ourselves to completely receive Christ.
The fishing net symbolizes the end of age judgement when both the righteous and unrighteous will be judged together, and also indicating those who are also gathered into the Chruch are also subject to the same judgement.
Closing Message
Continue to be both Salt and Light of the world- this is our role in society to be part of the world's healing not part of its destruction. Perserve the truth in Christ, do good and shun evil, and we need to shine in order to reflect Christ. Faith relies on divine light , and believers become "sons of light" (John 12:36; and 1 Thessalonians 5:5) who shine in a perverse world (Philippians 2:15). (Matthew 5:14) says we are the "LIGHT" of the world, and so in order to reflect Christ we must imitate Him, His ways and His teachings. We must treat all with respect and all voices have the right to be heard.
"Our light that shines is the reflection of Christ Who works through us to show His greatness, because being sons of light we are reserved for good works through Christ Jesus."
