DAY 7: LOVE REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH- (1 Corinthians 13:6)

Welcome back. Great is His faithfulness.

1 Corinthians 13:6

does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

Love rejoices in the truth, and is joyful when the truth prevails and overcomes all obstacles.

Psalm 12 was read I read it out of my Orthodox Study Bible

Man’s Treachery and God’s Constancy my version had 9 verses.

For the End,Concerning[a The eighthA Psalm of David.

12 Help,[b] Lord, for the godly man ceases!For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men.2 They speak idly everyone with his neighbor;With flattering lips and [c]a double heart they speak.

3 May the Lord [d]cut off all flattering lips,And the tongue that speaks [e]proud things,4 Who have said,“With our tongue we will prevail;Our lips are our own;Who is lord over us?”

5 “For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy,Now I will arise,” says the Lord;“I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.”

6 The words of the Lord are pure words,Like silver tried in a furnace of earth,Purified seven times.7 You shall keep them, O Lord,You shall preserve them from this generation forever.

8 The wicked prowl on every side,When vileness is exalted among the sons of men.

This psalm is presenting a look at the godly who live in light of Christ - (THE END, v. 1), and the EIGHTH DAY, referring to "the coming of Christ, the resurrection from the dead and the life of the world to come." (CREED)- the ungodly, who WALK IN A CIRCLE - (v. 9 in my Bible, v. 8 in this version "the wicked prowl on every side") referring to who live only within the confined vision of their seven days each week.

Daniel 11:30-35 please see my video for reading and discussion

"The prophecies of Daniel have been fulfilled many times throughout the course of history. God's people have and always endure persecution and testing at the hands of those who blaspheme God in their pride."

See my video for the prayer focus and moving forward questions. I mentioned that the truth is under attack we must remain vigilant.

Numbers 6:24-26

“The Lord bless you and keep you;

25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you;

26 The Lord [a]lift up His countenance upon you,

And give you peace.” ’
