DAY 123: "COUNTED FAITHFUL" (1 Timothy 1:12)- "Your Past vs Today's Faithfulness..."

Good late morning, my brothers and sisters in Christ; I did well on my Old Testament Test earlier this morning.

"Your ability to serve God is not based on your past, but on your faithfulness today." (Experiencing God Day by Day Devotional, page 308)

Summary:

He also shared his personal experience of studying for a test at Bushell University. Jared discussed the transformation of the Apostle Paul and emphasized that God's service is not dependent on one's past but on one's faithfulness in the present. He also discussed Paul's conversion and encouraged the audience to reach for their Bibles, regardless of their past or background. Toward the end, Jared led a prayer session, expressing gratitude and praying for peace.

Jared led a morning devotional, asking the Lord for a prayer to open their hearts to his teachings and Scriptures. The reading was from First Timothy, chapter one, verse 12. He also mentioned that he had been studying for a test at Bushell University.

Paul's Transformation and Faithfulness 2:25

Jared discussed the transformation of the Apostle Paul from a zealous persecutor of Christianity to one of its most prominent promoters. He emphasized that God's service is not dependent on one's past but rather on their faithfulness in the present. He also read and reflected on passages from First Timothy and Luke.

From Sinner to Saint: Forgiveness and Purpose in Christ 7:01

Jared discussed Paul's conversion on the Damascus road as described in Acts 9:1-3. He emphasized that even the greatest sinners can become notable saints in the Bible and Church history, like Moses and Raab. He encouraged the listeners to reach for their Bibles and understand that their past and background don't matter if they seek forgiveness and a purpose greater than themselves in Christ. Jared also mentioned Luke 16:10-12, which speaks about faithfulness in handling God's riches. He warned against being an unjust steward and encouraged remaining faithful.

Prayer and Encouragement Session 11:58

Jared led a prayer session, expressing gratitude towards the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He then asked for forgiveness for any trespasses and prayed for peace. Jared mentioned the importance of seeking truth and encouraged the audience to watch and engage with the videos he uploads. He concluded by expressing his love for the audience and commitment to serving them.

In Christ, love Jared W. Campbell
