The Tomb; War Against The Flesh, and Do Good To All: Two videos that go with my Deception Studies:

DECEMBER 5, 2021: SHALOM!!!

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
JOHN 15:13

The Gospel According to Mark 16:1-8

“THE EMPTY TOMB”

Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, so that they might come and anoint Him. 2 Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. 3 And they said among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?” 4 But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away—for it was very large. 5 And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed. 6 But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. 7 But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going [a]before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.” 8 So they went out [b]quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed. And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

16:1: Yeshua (Jesus) Christ died so close to the Sabbath, the burial customs that Jews did could not be completed…These Three women were extremely faithful, so they set early as possible so they could complete the rites of the burial...Mary mother of James: reference also (Luke 24:10)...Many teach that Salome the wife of Zebedee and the mother of James and John…

16:4: The Stone Rolled Away: The Lord’s exit from the tomb, for His empty tomb and Resurrected Body was allowed to show both these women and us that the tomb was indeed empty…

16:7: A mention of Peter seems to show a special care for the one who denied Christ three times...In the words of Theophylact, Peter would have said of himself, “I denied the Lord, and therefore am no longer His disciple…” The angel’s command is a sign that Peter is forgiven…

16:8: They said nothing to anyone: does not mean they didn’t see anything, but confirms that the women stayed quiet because of the times they lived in, being the fact they were women of that time period...They also kept silent to wait until to Yeshua (Jesus) appeared to them (vv. 9-11)...

“I have learned this in a short amount of time...The timing of our Lord in Heaven is always perfect, and everything happens exactly the way He wants it to be...With His timing everything works out and everything is placed the way it needs to be for all, trust me, I have experienced His divine presence!!!”

Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
PSALM 95:6

Prokeimenon. Grave Mode.

Psalm 149.5,1

The saints shall rejoice in glory.

Verse: Sing to the Lord a new song.

The reading is from St. Paul's Letter to the Galatians 5:22-26; 6:1-2

“WAR AGAINST THE FLESH”

GALATIANS 5:22-26

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 [a]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

5:22-6:1: This Scripture is read on days commemorating holy monks…

5:25: A walk in the Spirit comes from life in the Spirit…

“My entire ministry is wrapped around spiritual warfare, spiritual weaponry and spiritual readiness, and teaching how to conquer this through Christ!!! Prayer is our ultimate weapon against the forces of darkness, and for getting the help to our loved ones through Him!!! Plant your seed today and let Him turn into a huge tree bearing only good fruit!!!”

“DO GOOD TO ALL”

GALATIANS 6:1-2

Brethren, if a man is [a]overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

6:1: Gentleness is a spiritual gift and seeking the Lord can also help us develop this on a personal level…

6:2: St. Paul is teaching us to bear one another’s burdens...He says and take note “each one shall bear his own load” (v. 5)...Both are true because are called to be honest and truthful caregivers as well as teachers of the Word, and it’s not our place to be a needless burden to others…

“Send all your burdens over to me and I will pray that the Lord brings you all peace...I have a huge prayer list and I’m constantly adding to it...If you need prayers please brothers and sisters let me know, I want to start a prayer chain, Shalom!!!
