Story of: Slavery and Sonship: Let Them Hear: Q/A About the restrained: video & some notes

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
PSALM 91:1-2

Prokeimenon. Mode 4. Psalm 67.35,26God is wonderful among his saints. Verse: Bless God in the congregations.

The reading is from St. Paul's Letter to the Galatians 4:22-27

Brethren, Abraham had two sons, one by a slave and one by a free woman. But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, the son of the free woman through promise. Now this is an allegory: these women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar. Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia; she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written, "Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear; break forth and shout, you who are not in travail; for the children of the desolate one are many more than the children of her that is married."

-Abraham's two sons and the related events are symbolic (v.24), Paul is not implying that they are not historical instead he is saying the OT history is announcing something far greater than itself...Hagar and Mount Sinai symbolize earthly Jerusalem and the Jews under the law (v. 25)...Sarah, the freewoman (vv. 22, 23), is symbolizing the heavenly Jerusalem, that is, the Church (v. 26)...The desolate are those in the Church, especially Gentiles; she who has a husband is Israel (v. 27)...Furthermore, Sarah is a type of Mary, the Mother of God, for Sarah's son was born through promise (v.23), the promise of YHWH!!!

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

The Gospel According to Luke 8:16-21

The Lord said, "No one after lighting a lamp covers it with a vessel, or puts it under a bed, but puts it on a stand, that those who enter may see the light. For nothing is hid that shall not be made manifest, nor anything secret that shall not be known and come to light. Take heed then how you hear; for to him who has will more be given, and from him who has not, even what he thinks that he has will be taken away."

Then his mother and his brothers came to him, but they could not reach him for the crowd. And he was told, "Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, desiring to see you." But he said to them, "My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it."

-it was not of Christ’s will to deny His mother and brothers…Yeshua is basically correcting them both and His hearers “to the right idea concerning Himself”, that the family of His Kingdom “is not by nature but by virtue“…

-Yeshua’s relatives have not understood His identity and His Mission…Yeshua is pointing to a spiritual family based on obedience to the will of my Father…Jewish usage of brother can indicate any number relations, brother can be used simply out of respect for a close friend…Abram called his nephew Lot “Brother” (Genesis 14:14); Boaz spoke of his cousin Elimelech as his “brother” (Ruth 4:3); and Joan called his cousin Amaya “brother” (2 Kings 20:9)…Christ had no blood brothers, for Mary only had Yeshua (Jesus): The brothers mentioned here are either stepbrothers, sons of Joseph by a previous marriage, or could have been cousins…Yeshua commits His mother to the care of John at the cross (John 19:25-27), which would have been unthinkable if Mary had other children which many false teachers try to convince the sheep to believe…

NOTE: I spoke about the “RESTRAINER” and what would happen want’s it is removed basically take away or disappear altogether. I was asked a question and more thoughts on this so we can all elaborate or attempt to come to an understanding. So I went back to Scripture and reread the passage 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 about 3 times, I love the number 3 the One True God!!!

2 Thessalonians 2:5-8: Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is RESTRAINING, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now RESTRAINS will do so until He is taken out of the way.

-The person being restrained is indeed Satan The son of perdition, and will be revealed in his own time take note of that statement “in his own time”…

-He is capitalized, mentioned twice in verse 7, see 1 Thessalonians 1:10: When He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed…I grabbed my Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible Dictionary Updated version: searched He, told me to see appendix and that’s where I got matching verses in the translation of He…

-He is referring to Christ as the restrainer so The Lord is the restrainer calling all the shots…If we look at scripture Christ is coming back for His Bride at some point The Marriage Supper of the Lamb, so love to chant Rapture!!!

-Final thoughts something drastic has to happen usher the Antichrist, because he will bring false hope and peace be a great speaker an full everyone including many of the elect…The world rejected The Real Christ two thousand years ago, this time the world will accept the false Christ the Antichrist is suffer miserably for it…Yes, is Satan restraining himself yes, and no, he knows he can’t do anything until Christ comes for His Bride, us the Church the believers…So other things to look the defund police movements along with military personnel shortages they to are a restraining force to evil once gone no good…

-I took the KJV withholdeth instead of the NKJV restrainer and got my translation: G2722: Katecho from G2596 and G2192; to hold down (fast), in various applications (literally or figuratively):- have hold (fast), keep (in memory), let, make toward, posses, retain, seize on, stay, take or withhold…

Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.
