Revelation 19 Study and Scripture Breakdown/Read from Peace With The Psalms/Message about Duty!!!

Welcome back to JPCE SPIRITUAL TALK and today we covering Revelation 19, and will be talking about the Litany of Triumph in Heaven, The Word and His Army & the Defeat of the Beast and the False Prophet!!!

REVELATION 19:

19:1: The song of doom for Babylon: (Chapter 18), here in scripture the scene is returning to the heavenly liturgy with an outbursts of celestial triumph!!! Note: Alleluia, only appearing here in the NT (vv. 1, 3, 4, 6) it's Hebrew for "Praise the Lord" also used in Great Hallel (Praise) of the Jerusalem temple liturgy (Psalm 104-106; 110-117; 134-135; 145-150), and also in the synagogue as a response by the people (see, Tb 13:18; 3Mc 7:13):Been part of prayer since the earliest times!!!

19:2: The Judgements of the Lord are righteous see (Revelation 2:9; 12:10)

19:3-5: Her (the harlot, Rome): Smoke rises up forever and ever (see, 4:9; 15:7), see also the ascent of incense (5:8; 8:4) eternal heavenly worship: The Church on earth will be united with this liturgy coming from heaven, with calls from the altar, as it were, for all praise our God (v. 5):

19:6: Omnipotent and for use of the term, see (Revelation- 1:8; 4:8; 11:17; 15:3; 16:7, 14; 19:15; 21:22, see also Hos 12:6; Amos 4:13: it's also used in the NT only in Revelation and once in 2 Corinthians 6:18, used in a quote from the OT: The word means "Almighty, all Powerful"

19:6-9: Passover, deliverance from Egypt-the "Babylon" of Moses' day: Israel's betrothal to the Lord our God, see( Song of Songs; Hos 2:19; Romans 7:1-6): For marriage is the symbol of the union with the Lord and all His people (Isaiah 54:1-8; Ezekiel 16:7-14; Hos 2:1-23), and eventually Christ with His Church (Matthew 22:1-14; 2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:22-32): This Union will be fulfilled right here in the Book of Revelation and at some point in our near future!!! Yeshua (Jesus), the Passover Lamb (1 Corinthians 5:7): Whose death has ransomed the New Israel, seen as the divine Bridegroom (Matthew 22:2; 25:1-13)...Wedding in the Middle East has two parts: the betrothal and the wedding proper: The wedding itself began with the groom going to the bride's house, and than concluded with everyone back to the bridegroom's home for the wedding supper: So the Church and all true believers that are sealed in the Faith of Christ, and she awaits the Coming Bridegroom for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb (v. 9), the final Union that is to come!!! Finally the faithful need to remain steadfast and pure under persecution, see (Matthew 5:12; 1 Peter 4:13) is to be clothed with fine linen, clean and bright (v. 8, see also 3:4-5; 7:14)- the clothes of grace, holiness, and incorruption-and to participate in this mystical supper both as guest (v. 9) and as His Bride: This supper has already began in Eucharist sense, a foretaste of the Kingdom ( see, Matthew 26:29; Luke 13:29; 22:30): Orthodox sign on Pascha (Easter): "Shine, shine, O New Jerusalem; the glory of the Lord has shone on you...Grant that we may evermore perfectly partake of You in the never ending Day of Your Kingdom..."

19:10: Orthodoxy makes a strict distinction between the veneration proper to the saints and angels and the worship due to the Lord alone (see, 22:8-9):

19:11-16: Heaven is Opened: see examples (Revelation 4:1; Ezekiel 1:1; Matthew 3:16; John 1:51; Acts 7:57): Christ is seen as the Warrior-Messiah, and a triumphant King: Some of names of the rider are understandable : FAITHFUL AND TRUE (see, Revelation 3:13), WORD OF GOD (v. 13; see John 1:1, 14), KING OF KINGS (v. 16, see Revelation 17:14) AND LORD OF LORDS (see, Dt 10:17; 1 Timothy 6:15): He also has a secret name only He can understand (v. 12; see 2:17; Daniel 2:47), for He is God, and only God can comprehend God (John 1:18):

19:13: His robe dripped in blood (Genesis 49:11; Isaiah 63:1-6) uniting Christ's sacrifice on the cross, granting forgiveness of sin and fulfilling all righteousness, with His making war in righteousness (v. 11) judging sin (the reaping of the harvest, Revelation 14:14-20; Psalm 44:3-7; Wsol 18:15-16; John 12:31):

19:14: The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen are likely and could possibly be 144,000 faithful (14:4) who, having survived the Great Tribulation in purity: and the ones who have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb (7:14):

19:15: The sharp sword from the mouth is judgement, these words fulfilled (1:16; 2:12; 11:6; Isaiah 11:4); the rod of iron (2:27; 12:5; Psalm 2:9) is rule: He treads the winepress, executing the Lord's wrath on earth, (14:19-20; Isaiah 63:3; Lam 1:15):

19:17-18: Both a Great and Graphic portrayal of the Triumph of Christ over the Antichrist, forming the image of the marriage Supper of the Lamb (v. 9; 2:17; 3:20): The destruction is off the charts!!! (see, Isaiah 34:1-7; Ezekiel 39:17-20; Matthew 24:28):

19:20-21: Worldly authority and worldly religion we will be overthrown at some point in our near future: The first beast (false deity) and the second beast (false prophet) of 13:11-15, captured and tossed alive into the lake of fire, hell: The rest of the story the rest our killed by fire and brimstone, the Final Judgement, see (Matthew 18:9):

MESSAGE ABOUT DUTY!!!

MATTHEW 10:22-23:

-Do not let persecution be a reason to quit nothing can cause us to quit!!! Fear the One Who can destroy both body and Soul in hell, do not fear the evils of man the pain is temporary!!! Stand up now with me and bear your cross, like Yeshua shun evil and do good, we need true prosperity and it's only find through Him and nothing else my brothers and sisters in Christ!!!
