REVELATION 11
11:1-2: Talking about the measurements of the Temple can also be recalled through a vision Ezekiel had (Ezekiel 40-42): Some people interpret this as a literal new Temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem at some point in the future!!! Some see it as symbol of the Church, see (Ephesians 2:19-21; 1 Peter 2:5, or some say the Jewish-Christian Church of the first century: How about just the heart is never mentioned very interesting indeed!!! Yeshua wasn't about religion recall the woman at the water well, He told her soon just the heart!!!We don't need the Churches, and yes not all churches are bad!!! At the same time they have failed in teaching the Scriptures!!! Holy city shows the setting of Jerusalem, Jerusalem did fall (Matthew 24, Mark 13; and Luke 21) where it's mentioned by Luke the Gentiles would trampled Jerusalem: The court outside is for both Jews and Gentiles!!!
Forty-two months: that is 3 1/2 years!!! meaning it's not completed because 7 represents fullness!!! See Daniel 12:7, and Daniel 9:27 to see his visions!!! John tells us the true temple, the Church meaning true believers not the Church itself stopped being fooled by liars!!! The Church or the true beliebers will be preserved during the gentile onslaught!!! Temple is used to refer to the Church (1 Corinthians 3:16-17; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 2:19-22)...
11:3: The Two Witnesses is a disputed topic of course it is because man is ridiculous and so is religion just have a brain and faith: The Common opinion among the Orthodox theologians is it will be Elijah and Enoch the ones coming back, because according to scriptures saying how the Lord took them straight to heaven, they never saw corruption!!! I have spoken a lot about manifestation of the Spirit, and some believe it will be Moses and Elijah coming back, could have John picked up the usual Jewish tradition saying it would be Moses and Elijah!!! Elijah coming back see (Mal 3:22, Mat 4:5), but Yeshua did identify Elijah figure with that of Joh the Baptist as already coming back but in the Spirit through JTB!!! Some maintain that an actual appearance could occur, yes never put limits on the Almighty!!! Sackcloth was an ancient grab of penitence (Jeremiah 4:8; Mt 11:21)...The Prophecy of the Two Witnesses will continue for 1260 days(42 months or 3 1/2 years, see also Daniel 7:25; 12:7)...
11:4: Two olive trees and two lampstands who stand before the Lord, seem to be showing us the eschatological agents of the Lord at work on the earth!!! it was Zechariah's vision that the description of the two witnesses derived from, see (Zechariah 4:14)...
11:5-6: See similarities of Elijah's ministry (3Kg 17) and the plagues see Exodus 7-11, Lord and Moses!!!
11:7: The Beast is both Rome and the Antichrist (See Revelation 13:1-10; Daniel 7): The Beast System will give birth to the Antichrists' who will arise out of Rome because that is where Satan's throne is at all Scripture!!!
11:8: The Great City that's where I our Lord was crucified, Jerusalem is the city that kills their prophets, see Luke 13:34...
11:9: The peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations: it's the entire world in rebellion against the Lord our God!!! Rejoicing at the sight of the dead, because they hate the preaching's of the prophets so they will kill the truth!!!
11:11: The Breath of Life: The Life Giving Spirit, the Holy Spirit and manifestation!!! see Ezekiel 37 Dry Bones!!!
11:15: The heavenly voices, and the Kingdom of this world become under judgement by the Kingdom of God!!! Satan will be casted out and he has no future, Yeshua (Jesus) won when got o the cross at His won free will conquering death by death it couldn't hold Him!!! Relax we are on the winning side!!!
11:16-18: The Twenty four elders: This God's Kingdom and heavenly liturgy!!! Those who destroy the earth are all the wicked who reject The Lord's Divine Law and Order!!! Seems a New Roman Empire worshipping pagans is in our view very soon, but once again we keep learning Scripture never stop learning!!!
