Welcome back to JPCE SPIRITUAL TALK BIBLE STUDIES: Today is Matthew 28 and I will today's study with a message about perseverance!!!
MATTHEW 28
SUNDAY: CHRIST IS RISEN SEE ALSO (MARK 16:1-8; LUKE 24:1-12; JOHN 20:1-10)
MATTHEW 28:1-8
28:2: THE EARTHQUAKE: is a sign of our Lord's great victory over death, giving us a preview of the general resurrection of all of humanity!!! The ANGEL DOES NOT ROLL BACK THE STONE to let the Lord out, because due to our Lord's Glory, Christ could pass through solid rock (see, John 20:19)- rather, this allows the witnesses in to see that He has has already risen!!!
28:5-6: THESE WOMEN: are the first witnesses to this super event that took place in all of history: The Resurrection of Christ and the destruction of death: THE ANGEL refers to Christ as the ONE WHO WAS CRUCIFIED, teaching us not to shy away from His death, but to glory in the cross- (1 Corinthians 2:2; Galatians 6:14)- The Cross was the weapon He used to destroy death and is the trophy of His victory: "if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile" (1 Corinthians 15:17):

28:13: THIS STATEMENT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST ANOTHER FALSE NARRATIVE: In that HIS DISCIPLES in all actuality were to afraid and to scared, they went into hiding immediately after Yeshua's death!!! Furthermore most of them went on to suffer greatly for the name of Yeshua (Jesus)- it's hard for anyone to comprehend why people suffer such much if it was all a lie, so this proves Yeshua is who he said He was!!!
THE GREAT COMMISSION SEE ALSO (MARK 16:14-18; LUKE 24:44-49)

28:18: ALL AUTHORITY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME: Christ is declaring that His authority is His by nature and His divinity is now possessed by His glorified Human nature: This human nature has now trampled the final enemy- death (1 Corinthians 15:20-28):
28:19: THIS GREAT COMMISSION: Is our Lord's final commandment given here on earth-is to be lived out in the Church and surrounded by other followers of Yeshua until He returns again: Making DISCIPLES can't be made in the strength of man, but only in the power of God: The power of the Resurrection is not only for Jesus Himself, but is given to all believers who put their trust and faith in Him and in only Him and nothing else!!!
28:20: CHRIST HIMSELF: Is present in each believer as well as the church ALWAYS, both personally and also in the Holy Spirit, because neither can be separated from the other: TO THE END OF THE AGE does not imply that we will be separated from Him at the end of the world: He is with us now, and forever, and unto the ages of ages...Amen!!!

MESSAGE ABOUT PERSEVERANCE!!!
2 TIMOTHY 2:3-6:
3 You therefore must endure[a] hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. 5 And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. 6 The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.
-Having a faithful ministry requires discipline: obedience, self denial, and struggle and there is no victory without sacrifice!!! There is no freedom without trying and there is no liberty without hardships to think otherwise is dangerous logic!!! To keep fighting the good fight we must remain steadfast and hold our ground in the Faith of Christ Jesus, to change the hearts and minds can only be done by example!!! True leaders lead by example doing what's right when no one is watching, and standing for good and righteousness must be done by action not piety words-carried with false hopes!!! Instead lift up your heads look to the sky and smile because our redemption draws nearer each day, just hang in there a little longer my brothers and sisters in Christ!!!
