Daily Readings and Notes: JOB 1:6-12/Restrainer, Antichrist and Marriage Supper of the Lamb...

DECEMBER 10, 2021: SHALOM!!!

READING FROM PSALM 102

Now faith is the [a]substance of things hoped for, the [b]evidence of things not seen.
HEBREWS 11:1

First off I pray all is well and like I do every morning all of you will always remain in my deepest thoughts and prayers!!!

Lord is Great in all He does, His love will endure forever, The Lord is Our Shepherd!!!

”Man shall not live by bread alone by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God!!!” (Matthew 4:4). And again. “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it!!!” (Mark 8:21)

Prayer Enlightenment:

Psalm 98.9,1Exalt the Lord our God. Verse: The Lord reigns; let the people tremble.

The reading is from St. Paul's Second Letter to the Thessalonians 3:6-18

6 But we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which [a]he received from us. 7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow us, for we were not disorderly among you; 8 nor did we eat anyone’s bread [b]free of charge, but worked with labor and toil night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, 9 not because we do not have authority, but to make ourselves an example of how you should follow us. 10 For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat. 11 For we hear that there are some who walk among you in a disorderly manner, not working at all, but are busybodies. 12 Now those who are such we command and [c]exhort through our Lord Jesus Christ that they work in quietness and eat their own bread. 13 But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good. 14 And if anyone does not obey our word in this [d]epistle, note that person and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed. 15 Yet do not count him as an enemy, but [e]admonish him as a brother. 16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all. 17 The salutation of Paul with my own hand, which is a sign in every [f]epistle; so I write. 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

- Two types of traditions: (1): The Tradition of men (Matthew 15:1-9; Colossians 2:8): Yeshua quotes Isaiah 29:13, when He describes this tradition of teaching the doctrines the commandments of men: (2): The Tradition of the apostles or "Holy Tradition" is supposed to be preserved by the Church, making Christ has it's source...Yeshua taught the apostles "Holy Tradition", and that's how the Church was formed under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, see (John 16:13)...

-St. Paul taught that one sin is burdensome, and this can lead us to grow tired and fatigued by sometimes just simply doing good...So Paul encourages us to never cease or tire of doing good works

-verse 17 Paul is talking about fraudulent letters that are mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:2...

Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
PSALM 119:105

The Gospel According to Luke 21:37-38, 22:1-8

At that time, Jesus was teaching in the temple every day, but at night he went out and lodged on the mount called Olivet. And early in the morning all the people came to him in the temple to hear him. Now the feast of Unleavened Bread drew near, which is called the Passover. And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to put him to death; for they feared the people. Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot, who was of the number of the twelve; he went away and conferred with the chief priests and officers how he might betray him to them. And they were glad, and engaged to give him money. So he agreed, and sought an opportunity to betray him to them in the absence of the multitude. Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. So he sent Peter and John, saying, "Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat it

-Passover is the celebration of downfall of the Egypt's first born and their deliverance from bondage...(see Exodus 12-14) for remembrance, the Jews would slaughter an unblemished and partake of it with unleavened bread: Christ, the Lamb of God crucified on Passover: "This is my Body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me: This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for: Yeshua also said I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes, He's referring to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb...

-Judas wasn't completely straight he was still more attached to the pit unlike the others: Judas had an issue with greed and also fitting in...I think this is what led to his betrayal to Yeshua, Satan will take advantages of those who don't flip entirely...

-Peter represents Zeal and John represents spiritual understanding:

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
JOHN 14:27

Job 1:6-12: Satan is Permitted to Test Job

-Verse 6 notes Heaven is inaccessible to the devil (Satan), yet he came with them, Satan is also an angel with a nature that is similar to the Lord’s angels, note Satan was in the Lord’s sight and not the Lord in Satan's sight…

-Satan accuses the righteous before the Lord both day and night (Revelation 12:10)…Satan needs the Lord’s permission, he destroys our minds with evil thoughts and even weaken our bodies in illness…Satan tire everything he can to drive us away from the light and out us back into darkness…see (Ephesians 6;13, Romans 5:3, and Matthew5:10)

-Satan has a will of his own it’s obvious he tempted Yeshua but those attempts failed!!! But seems to derive his power from YHWH, so Satan does evil but within reason…So Satan is restrained by the Lord of the Most High… (Luke 8:32-33)…

-NOTE: REVELATION 19:6-9!!!

The Father is my Hope, The Son is my refuge, and the Holy Spirit is my Protection!!!

"The Lord is My Shepherd"!!!

JPCE SPIRITUAL TALK- "NEVER HOLD BACK!!!"

“The Lord bless you and keep you;

25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you;

26 The Lord[a]lift up His countenance upon you,

And give you peace.” ’

NUMBERS 6:24-26
